At Segeol Medical Laboratory, I assisted with patient registration, guided patients through laboratory procedures, and communicated with them to support a positive healthcare experience. I also maintained confidentiality of patient information and laboratory records.

My clinical laboratory work included supporting investigations such as PCV, FBC, ESR, haemoglobin, genotype, and microscopy, culture and sensitivity. I documented information accurately and handled patient samples properly.

At the National Biotechnology Research and Development Agency, I assisted with biotechnology research and laboratory operations, prepared materials for microbiological analysis, and participated in food biotechnology projects including soy yogurt production. I’m seeking to contribute my patient support and healthcare administration experience as a Patient Engagement Specialist.
