I’m the functional owner and administrator of Coupa, where I led deployment of its PO, Invoicing, Sourcing, and Contracts modules, trained users globally, and drove adoption and automation. I also implemented a Contract Monitoring Tool to improve renewal governance, visibility, and compliance.
At Bitso, I built AP and AR processes across five jurisdictions, integrating invoicing and collections through NetSuite. I delivered multimillion-dollar cost savings and avoidance through strategic sourcing and spend optimization.
