What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR and payroll role where I can deliver accurate, compliant payroll operations, manage statutory processes, support employees, and contribute to continuous process improvement.

At Herensys, I manage client invoicing, payroll, employee terminations, final settlements, payment orders, and payroll reporting. I also submit income tax and social security payments, reconcile expenses, support payroll audits, and coordinate training and compliance programmes.

Previously at Intergest, I processed salaries, statutory declarations, wage garnishments, and employee onboarding and offboarding. I maintained employee records with occupational health and safety providers and insurance companies while preparing payroll and management reports.

I began my HR career at the Portuguese Competition Authority, supporting recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, employee documentation, and performance-management processes. I'm committed to accurate, compliant, efficient HR and payroll processes and continuous improvement.
