I’m looking for an HR role where I can own payroll and benefits operations, strengthen compliant processes, and improve employee experience—working closely with cross-functional teams to build trust, transparency, and a positive workplace culture.

I’m an HR professional with 7+ years of experience supporting organizations in HR operations, employee support, and benefits administration. In my current role as a Payroll & Benefits Specialist at Syensqo, I manage payroll for the Netherlands, administer employee benefits for Belgium (enrollment, updates, and invoice processing), and handle payroll and benefits inquiries. I also perform payroll reconciliation and ensure alignment between HR and Accounting data for accurate reporting.
