I'm looking for a remote, service-first customer support role where I can resolve enquiries, manage client communication and payments, work independently, and continue growing my customer service skills.

I've delivered first-contact resolution, payment handling, and appointment management for Lashedbyp while building lasting client relationships through attentive, professional service.

As an independent makeup artist and former beauty store sales attendant, I consult with clients, answer product questions, process payments accurately, and manage bookings and follow-ups.

I've also supported a family-owned business with customer complaints, order tracking, cash transactions, stock monitoring, and careful handling of sensitive customer information. I'm fluent in English and comfortable working independently in remote, service-first roles.
