What I'm looking for

I am seeking a fully remote customer support role where I can assist customers through chat, email, or phone. I value a supportive team, fair compensation, and opportunities for professional growth. I am particularly interested in international companies that welcome applicants from Nigeria and offer long-term career development.

I am a 2025 Theatre Arts graduate with a Second Class Upper degree and a background in digital marketing, content creation, and client communication.

Through my makeup business, I have gained experience communicating with clients, answering enquiries, explaining services and pricing, managing bookings, and building positive customer relationships. My digital marketing background has also developed my written communication, creativity, and ability to understand people’s needs.

I am interested in remote customer support and customer service opportunities where I can help customers, respond to enquiries, resolve issues, and contribute to a positive customer experience. I am eager to learn new tools, develop my professional skills, and grow with a company that values effective communication, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
