I've delivered a ferro-alloy cost optimization model saving more than ₹5 Cr monthly, and a Six Sigma project that reduced natural-gas consumption, avoided 1.63 kg CO₂/t of Scope 1 emissions, and generated ₹16.95 Cr in savings. I also collaborate with ABB and Primetals Technologies on ladle tracking and process prediction models.
I'm driving SEED energy optimization, decarbonisation roadmaps, and ESG governance while building digital-twin condition monitoring and computer-vision PPE compliance systems. Earlier at IISc, I engineered soft-robotic test automation rigs using sensors, mechatronic controls, Python DAQ pipelines, neural networks, and real-time dashboards.
