What I'm looking for
I’m a Process Technology Engineer with hands-on experience supporting safe, reliable plant operations. At Zentiva, I helped drive process scale-up for multi-step API manufacturing, using process optimization and operational troubleshooting to achieve an 88% yield.
I also led continuous improvement work on intermediate synthesis by applying phase-transfer catalysis and solvent system optimization. I developed PFDs, mass balances, and operating strategies for technology transfer, and ran process safety activities including HAZOP and What-If risk assessments to mitigate runaway reaction, cooling failure, and overcharging risks.
Earlier, as a Process Design Intern at TITLIS Projects & Engineering, I contributed to silicon extraction from coal mining waste, improving conversion to 85% and product purity to 89% for downstream semiconductor applications. I built flowsheets, block flow diagrams, and preliminary design basis aligned with FEED practices, and used XRF/XRD data for process optimization.
Beyond process engineering, I build ML-driven chemical workflows. I’ve created an Agentic Information Extraction System using automated n8n–LLM pipelines to curate high-quality experimental data for catalytic processes, benchmarked regressors for predictive performance, and developed ML models for adsorption energies and reaction optimization—turning scientific questions into reproducible, automation-ready systems.
