Client care and operations professional blending leadership, supervision, and customer-focused problem solving to improve delivery and trust.
What I'm looking for
I’m a client care and operations professional who brings leadership, calm communication, and hands-on supervision to every project. My background spans youth programs, client support, and operational roles where I’m trusted to keep work moving and people supported.
Early on, I built strong leadership habits through Division I football at Indiana State University, including serving as Team Captain while carrying a full course load. I continue that same leadership style in volunteer and coaching work, stepping into roles like youth counselor, youth sports group leader, and assistant football coach.
In operations and service delivery, I’ve supported teams through scheduling, workflow improvements, and administrative accuracy. As a Supervisor/Client Support role at DISA GLOBAL SOLUTIONS and as a Plant Manager at Irving Materials Inc., I focused on policies, scheduling, performance, inventory/process control, and consistent execution—then carried that mindset into client-facing responsibilities.
Currently, I work as a Client Care Specialist with Redbird Remodeling LLC, serving as the primary client liaison and managing client communications, project schedules, and invoice/customer file tracking. I’m motivated by stable, long-term work where I can utilize my skills, resolve concerns proactively, and help strengthen productivity and customer experience.
