I’m looking to lead customer success and onboarding that drive measurable adoption and ROI. I want a cross-functional role where I can use data (KPIs, dashboards) and consultative selling to improve retention, expansion, and operational handovers.

I’m a Customer Success & Operations leader with an MBA and a proven track record in scaling onboarding processes for high-volume B2B portfolios. I focus on product adoption and value realization using data-driven digital strategies and cross-functional leadership.

As a Business Operation Consultant (Freelancer), I guide the end-to-end customer journey by identifying adoption risks and implementing intervention strategies to maximize ROI. I’ve scaled customer engagement through digital workflows and standardized frameworks, reducing time-to-value for SME clients.

Previously at Regus-IWG, I drove B2B revenue growth through proactive pipeline management and consultative selling. I managed a scaled portfolio of 100+ B2B accounts using a pooled engagement model to ensure consistent onboarding, long-term retention, and strategic alignment across stakeholders while maintaining rigorous CRM record-keeping.

Earlier, I supported HR & operations by managing stakeholder queries, maintaining employee records and HR databases, and ensuring smooth business functioning.
