I am an ICT professional with a Bachelor of Engineering in Information and Communication Engineering and hands-on experience across solution architecture, administration, and virtual assistance. I combine technical knowledge in networking and cybersecurity with strong administrative and client-facing skills.

In previous roles I built solution briefs and conducted site surveys to recommend connectivity options, managed disciplinary and onboarding processes to improve team performance, and handled scheduling, travel and research support for remote clients.
