What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities that combine technology policy, strategic analysis, AI governance, and international affairs to help shape responsible, scalable, human-centered technological systems.

I've supported Allegheny County Department of Human Services in assessing AI, machine learning, and predictive-risk-modeling initiatives for human services.

I led the county's first structured AI readiness assessment by cataloging active and proposed initiatives, interviewing staff, reviewing internal documents, and identifying privacy, security, ethical, and operational risks. I also proposed initial policy positions for responsible AI use in a white paper for department leadership.

My work connects AI governance, technology policy, geopolitics, digital development, and institutional strategy. At Carnegie Mellon University's Heinz College, I earned an MS in Public Policy and Management and supported organizational design instruction for more than 50 students.

I've also worked across education, diplomacy, fundraising, and community development through City Year New York, the World Affairs Council of St. Louis, and university engagement initiatives. I'm interested in shaping responsible, scalable, human-centered technological systems through strategic analysis, governance, and international affairs.
