I work with founders and leadership teams on the problems that decide whether a business moves forward — strategy, growth, and the execution that usually goes missing between the deck and the outcome.

Three years in Founder's Office and strategy roles at Arcolab and PivotPath, mostly in the CXO office. My work has spanned business cases and market research, operating model design, GCC and shared services transformation, investor materials and fundraising support, and building the governance and dashboards leadership actually runs on.

How I work: I structure ambiguous problems from first principles, do the research properly rather than reaching for the obvious playbook, and stay with something through execution rather than handing it over. AI is a default in how I operate — ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity are built into my research, analysis and reporting, not tools I'm still evaluating.
