I’m an Associate Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications in Banking and Retail domains. I work at the intersection of business and delivery—gathering and analyzing requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, and translating needs into user stories within an Agile environment.

I also provide Application & Production Support (L2), owning incident, change, and service request management while performing root cause analysis for recurring issues.
