At Skywalk Global, I coordinate identity migrations from operating company Active Directory environments into a target identity environment. I work with local IT teams on readiness, migration waves, cutovers, and post-migration stabilization.
I also coordinate endpoint transition planning for an Entra cloud-native-only operating model. This includes working with endpoint, workplace technology, security, and local support teams on deployment readiness, enrollment, and user transition support.
For application remediation, I partner with application owners and technical teams to identify legacy AD, LDAP, and on-premises authentication dependencies. I coordinate remediation planning and testing, and track blockers against migration milestones.
Previously, I provided Wintel L3 and EUC support across roles at Clovity, IT by Design, NTT DATA, Help by Tech, and Wipro. My work included Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VMware vSphere, and escalated infrastructure support; at Clovity, I was promoted to Assistant Manager for leading technical teams resolving complex incidents.
