I’m a Business Analyst (Digital Product) and Assistant Manager at SBI Cards & Payment Services Ltd, where I lead end-to-end delivery for digital onboarding and partner integrations. I’m driven by turning business needs into clear specifications and releases that work smoothly for users and stakeholders.
In my current role, I manage API integrations with partners like PhonePe, Tata Neu, Flipkart, and Apollo 24|7, enabling digital card launches across multiple platforms. I’ve delivered 120K+ (Tata Neu) and 95K+ (Flipkart) digital acquisitions, while keeping releases stable through SIT, UAT, and sanity testing with strong defect resolution.
I build product clarity through BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and process flows, aligning teams across Sales, Ops, Credit, and Risk to drive sign-offs. I also analyze funnel performance and MIS dashboards to pinpoint drop-offs, implement data-driven improvements, and support incident resolution post-launch.
Earlier, I interned with HCL tech to conduct market research and competitive analysis on emerging technologies like AI, Blockchain, and IoB—supporting HCL’s annual Tech Trends Report. I also worked as a Digital Marketing Intern at Holiday Tribe, optimizing Meta ad campaigns, improving CPL through segmentation and creative testing, and supporting landing page conversion improvements with Figma.
