What I'm looking for

I'm looking to deepen my work in AI-assisted financial crime analytics, AML model optimisation, data quality, and LLM-driven workflow automation within global banking and risk environments.

At HSBC, I analyse transaction behaviour across 20M+ records using Python and BigQuery to improve AML detection logic and reduce low-impact alert noise by approximately 15–18%.

I partner with model development and compliance teams across the UK, EU, ASP, and LATAM to improve feature engineering, data quality, and transaction monitoring performance. I've designed end-to-end data lineage and traceability for 120+ Critical Data Elements, strengthening model governance, audit readiness, and regulatory reporting accuracy.

I lead a team of three analysts, prioritising work, mentoring team members, and reviewing data dictionaries for new product integrations. I also supported Customer Monitoring model rollouts across EU, ASP, and LATAM markets.

I'm currently focused on AI-assisted financial crime analytics, including LLM-driven workflow optimisation, feature sensitivity analysis, and risk-prioritised data remediation.
