At Ascentt, I build and operate AWS infrastructure for Toyota Motor North America’s RAG-based chatbot platforms, supporting 25+ production chatbots and an internal AI assistant used by 100,000+ employees. I created reusable Terraform modules that reduced deployment effort by about 60%, designed multi-account IAM architecture, and sustained 99.9%+ availability through rollback-ready deployments.
I also own observability and incident response across the platform, using Datadog, PagerDuty, CloudWatch, and JMeter to improve detection and validate reliability under peak traffic. I enjoy taking systems end-to-end—from secure cloud provisioning and CI/CD to root cause analysis and production support.
