I developed a multi-agent payment repair platform for MT/MX messages that brought average repair time below 30 seconds. For commercial lending, I architected a multi-agent credit memo system and built a RAG evaluation pipeline that achieved 97% faithfulness, 95% hallucination resistance, and 95% answer relevance.
In my projects, I built BizAssist, a full-stack business assistant with document Q&A and multi-step workflows, and Transcribe, a transcription service that processed 200+ files at 90%+ accuracy.
