What I'm looking for

I’m looking to own AWS/Kubernetes reliability end-to-end—driving SLA/SLO, automation, RCA/post-mortems, and faster releases through strong monitoring, runbooks, and an SRE-first culture.

I’m a Cloud & DevOps Engineer with 5+ years spanning AWS cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes platform operations, and SRE ownership for large-scale distributed systems. I currently drive reliability for ByteDance US’s short-form video platform, owning SLA/SLO compliance, 24/7 incident response (P0/P1/P2), and Grafana-based alerting and chaos/resilience testing.

I’ve led AWS cloud migration and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible, while strengthening incident management with ServiceNow ITSM and blameless RCA/post-mortem processes. My work has consistently improved uptime, release velocity, and reduced MTTR/toil through better automation, SOPs/runbooks, and governance for secure service deployments across teams.
