At Astrotalk, I own three production microservices spanning e-commerce, AI sales, and customer support: Astromall, Gemstone AI Sales Agent, and Astrotalk Store Support Agent.
I built Astromall's cart-to-checkout flow for web and app, processing 6,400 orders daily and improving checkout conversion from 14.7% to 15.2%. I also reduced product-listing API response times from 3 seconds to 500ms through asynchronous processing and indexing in Spring Boot.
I've built Kafka-driven fulfillment workflows, real-time shipment integrations with Unicommerce, Shiprocket, and Nimbus, and Shopify GraphQL automations that removed manual split-shipment handling. I troubleshoot production issues across payment synchronization, race conditions, and checkout reliability.
I also build LLM-powered systems, including a RAG support agent grounded in internal documentation, an automated Claude-based hiring pipeline that processed 1,265+ evaluations in a month, and a Go-based WhatsApp sales platform handling 500–800+ leads per day.
