At IndiaMART, I build event-driven systems that protect vendor call recordings and process roughly 150K recordings a day through Kafka and Google Cloud Storage. I also integrated Gemini audio inference to reduce manual spam-call review effort by about 90%.

Previously at Logy.ai, I built an in-house WebSocket chat platform for 3M+ users, removing a third-party WhatsApp dependency and accelerating patient screening 5x. I migrated reporting from MySQL to ClickHouse, reducing analytics latency from 18 seconds to 170ms.

I also architected SmartSeller, a live multi-tenant WhatsApp AI commerce platform using Go, Next.js, PostgreSQL, and Gemini. I focus on reliable APIs, secure tenant isolation, LLM safeguards, and systems that make operations faster.
