At Barclays Global Business Services Ltd, I focus on API-first digital payment products, AI-enabled Open Banking, and next-generation payment gateways. My work includes digital onboarding, merchant onboarding and configuration, and REST API-based eCommerce payments.
I contributed to a digital customer onboarding platform for retail clients across eight African markets, using the bank’s existing native app platform. The project enabled customers to onboard digitally without visiting branches.
I also worked on a merchant portal for the end-to-end Payment Gateways journey, covering onboarding, configuration, reporting, and POIG-based configuration. It served internal bank staff and external merchants, with customer journeys built on a micro front ends-based architecture.
Across banking and financial services, I’ve worked in product management, business analysis, and product ownership, spanning card payments, Open Banking, lending, and wealth management. I hold a Google Cloud Generative AI Leader certification and have an MBA from St.Joseph’s College of Engineering, Anna University, Chennai.
