At Insight Global, I own end-to-end onboarding for employees and contractors, from documentation initiation through profile creation and Day 1 readiness. I handle 6–7 onboardings per day and validate employee data across Keka HRMS, Airtable, and payroll inputs.
I work with Recruiting teams and Account Managers across the US, UK, and India to keep onboarding compliant. I also follow up on pending background verifications and review documents against contract and client requirements.
At Amazon Development Centre India Pvt. Ltd., I facilitated international employee transfers across 43 countries in EMEA and APAC. I coordinated relocation, tax consultation, and visa processes with internal teams and external vendors.
Earlier, I supported employees with benefits, payroll, and HR inquiries, and helped maintain employee records and compliance processes. I was named Most Valuable Player for July 2026 and was promoted twice within three years at Amazon.
