I’m looking for a role where I can own brand strategy and campaign execution end-to-end—linking research and positioning to clear KPIs—while collaborating with teams and agencies to drive measurable growth.

I’m a Brand Manager who believes in hard work and persistency, and I bring a structured, research-led approach to brand growth. At AITC International, I developed comprehensive pre-launch brand and growth strategies across acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing, while defining brand positioning, ICP profiles, and go-to-market planning through competitive analysis and consumer research.

Previously, as a Senior Planning Specialist at Outreach Nepal Pvt. Ltd., I developed and executed brand campaign strategies for domestic and MNC clients, creating marketing strategic brand planning roadmaps and 360 campaign development plans to guide execution. As a Freelance social media marketer, I led Meta Ads awareness campaigns using targeted audiences and creative testing, optimizing based on reach, CTR, engagement, and funnel insights. I’m motivated by measurable impact and strong teamwork, reflected in recognitions like the Young Lotus 2024 Finalist (Asian Regional MBA in Marketing Advertising Festival).
