At Indecab, I develop full-stack features across booking, duty, billing, supplier, and customer-management workflows. I’ve added customer-facing billing verification and dispute-handling enhancements.

I also implement complex business workflows, including passenger validation, OTP enforcement, and duty-allotment restrictions. I contribute to operational features such as SOS alerts and duty tracking, with Redis supporting asynchronous processing.

At DemocracyLabs, I built backend modules and APIs for enterprise workflows using Java, Spring Boot, and Node.js. These changes reduced manual processing hours by 35% and API response latency through asynchronous handling and caching.
