I am an aspiring data scientist with a strong foundation in Python, SQL, and machine learning, complemented by practical experience on Kaggle and competition projects. I combine technical know-how with clear communication to translate data into actionable business insights.

In service roles I handled high-volume customer interactions and resolved complex issues, which sharpened my problem-solving and stakeholder-facing skills. I also supported HR functions including recruitment and onboarding, building an understanding of people operations and documentation workflows.

My projects include call volume forecasting and workforce optimization using ARIMA, Prophet, LSTM, and XGBoost, as well as NLP-driven customer sentiment and churn prediction models. These initiatives reduced wait times, identified high-risk customers, and produced dashboards for decision-makers.

I am driven to apply analytic rigor and data storytelling to real-world problems, iterating from data cleaning to model evaluation and deployment. I seek opportunities where I can grow technical depth, contribute cross-functionally, and deliver measurable business impact.
