What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a senior software project role where I can lead end-to-end delivery using Scrum and strong delivery governance, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive platform/integration outcomes with clear stakeholder communication and continuous improvement.

I’m a Senior Software Project Manager with 5+ years leading end-to-end software delivery, systems integration, data automation, and platform implementation initiatives for international clients. I progressed from Associate Project Manager to Senior by coordinating cross-functional teams through Scrum-based delivery, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release governance.

In recent programmes, I’ve led venue booking and management platform work for Paris 2024 and Milano Winter Olympics 2026—stabilising a high-risk delivery within five months and directing upgrades and integration that made the solution an authoritative data source for downstream applications. I bring strong delivery governance (RAID management, dependency tracking, and change control), clear executive stakeholder reporting, and disciplined project transitions with documentation and knowledge transfer.
