Built a multilingual real-time voice agent for inbound/outbound telephony using Twilio, ngrok, FastAPI WebSockets, Deepgram STT, Gemini/GPT function calling, and ElevenLabs TTS. Designed async full-duplex audio streaming and PostgreSQL persistence for call metadata, transcripts, and qualified leads using SQLAlchemy/AsyncPG; containerized with Docker.

Engineered an AI-enabled solar lending interface and FastAPI/PostgreSQL backend with JWT, KYC/CIBIL workflows, document/OCR support, and ML endpoints for eligibility, ROI, prequalification, and explainability. Designed the loan lifecycle across verification, credit checks, AI eligibility, subsidy and EMI calculations, with Redis/Celery services and Docker deployment support.
