What I'm looking for

I’m looking to architect GenAI + AIOps platforms that reduce MTTR and toil, with strong observability, policy-as-code, and responsible AI governance—leading distributed teams and partnering with CXOs to deliver measurable operational outcomes.

I’m a Senior Architect with 20+ years designing enterprise platforms at the intersection of GenAI, AIOps, and cloud-native engineering. I embed LLM-powered automation into SDLC and operations pipelines for global banks, airlines, telcos, and retailers, delivering 40–50% lower operational toil and MTTR reductions of 30–45%.

As a trusted CXO advisor, I help teams craft GenAI strategy and responsible AI approaches for regulated industries, while staying hands-on across LangChain, RAG, agentic workflows, knowledge graphs, and multi-cloud Kubernetes. I’ve delivered multi-geography engagements across the USA, UK, Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, and India, leading distributed teams and advising senior IT leadership.

My flagship work is an Enterprise AIOps initiative (2025–2026): an LLM-native, graph-based incident-intelligence platform deployed to 3 banking & payment clients on GKE. I architected the platform blueprint and agent topology (triage → RCA → blast-radius → remediation), built with Jaeger + OpenTelemetry tracing, Neo4j knowledge graphs, TimescaleDB metrics, and orchestrated via LangChain on GPT-4o and Claude—driving MTTR down ~45% and generating audit-grade RCA narratives for every Sev-1/Sev-2 incident.

Current

Senior Architect

IBM Consulting

Dec 2020 - Present (5 years 6 months)

Architected LLM-native enterprise AIOps on GKE using Jaeger/OpenTelemetry and a Neo4j knowledge graph, reducing MTTR ~45% across 3 banking clients. Built LLM copilots for release summarization, incident RCA and runbook auto-generation, and delivered an AI-augmented CI/CD platform with ML risk scoring achieving 2–3× deployment throughput.

TC

Engineering Manager, DevOps & SRE

Tata Unistore Ltd. (Tata CLiQ)

May 2020 - Dec 2020 (7 months)

Scaled an AWS-based cloud-native SRE/DevOps platform on EKS to support 50M+ monthly users and introduced ML-based alert noise reduction and incident workflows. Standardized CI/CD across 30+ microservices with Jenkins and ArgoCD, reducing MTTR 35% while enabling near-zero-downtime deployments during peak sale events.

AS

Engineering Manager, DevOps

Arab Company of Shared Services

Jan 2020 - Apr 2020 (3 months)

Established DevOps foundations for regulated banking workloads on GKE by implementing GitOps and automated compliance gates. Reduced production incidents by 25–30% by strengthening deployment and control workflows.

IL

Senior DevOps Architect

IBM India Pvt. Ltd.

Sep 2007 - Dec 2019 (12 years 3 months)

Led enterprise DevOps and cloud modernization across airlines, banking, telecom and retail, delivering 80%+ automation coverage and 30% faster release cycles. Built predictive reliability with statistical SLO modeling, automated runbook execution and capacity planning (P1 incidents ↓35%), migrated monoliths to Docker/Kubernetes microservices, and pioneered ML for log anomaly detection, test select
