What I'm looking for

I'm seeking to grow into a customer success engineering career in cloud security.

At Landeed, I coordinated fulfillment for property document orders and reviewed AI-suggested services, documents, and pricing from Terra. I escalated inaccurate or infeasible suggestions to Engineering and Product, and surfaced a billing clarity issue that was fixed in the next app update.
