As an HR Recruiter, I screen and shortlist resumes against job descriptions and hiring requirements, then conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
I coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and manage candidate pipelines, recruitment databases, and related records.
I also perform background verification and reference checks, and support offer coordination, onboarding, and recruitment reporting.
For my academic project, HRM Practices at Rayalaseema Thermal Power Plant, I studied recruitment and selection, along with performance appraisal, compensation, training and development, employee motivation, welfare measures, HSE policy, and employee satisfaction.
