At Invyzn, I coordinated three delivery workstreams for a fleet-tracking software product, keeping business stakeholders, developers, and QA aligned on priorities and release readiness.
I ran Scrum ceremonies and maintained Jira and Confluence as the team's source of status, blockers, and decisions. I also caught a dispatch workflow design change that could have created inconsistencies between tablet and admin views, and coordinated requirements between design and development before testing.
At Devfinity, I managed concurrent client projects from requirements through QA, launch, and post-release support. When an eCommerce launch began slipping amid late requests, I separated launch-critical work from deferrable items and worked with the client to reprioritize without cutting corners.
Earlier, I built responsive web, eCommerce, and CMS sites alongside project leads, designers, QA, and clients. I'm a Certified ScrumMaster, and my Master of Management in Business Data Analytics included a graduate project applying project-management and portfolio-analysis methods to a 29-project portfolio.
