People & value focused Agile professional Scrum Master and Product Owner, leading multi-team products for 6+ years. Experience with the entire software development lifecycle and end-to-end development of several products, using several platforms & frameworks including Javascript, Angular, Typescript, HTML, Python and others. My responsibilities include facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, roadmapping and PI planning, Sprint planning, client requirement gathering, writing stories, creating low & high fidelity mockups, ongoing testing, deployment and customer support. I value proactive ongoing communication with my teams and stakeholders, to bring clarity of requirements, generate accurate estimations, and resolve issues at the earliest opportunity. I believe in servant leadership, to empower my teams to develop the highest value product with a focus on user experience, and am open to experimenting, and incorporating novel development processes including AI-assisted development and AI/ML software integrations.
