At MicroNXT Solutions Private Ltd., I supported requirements gathering for ERPNext and StoreNXT POS implementation projects, working with clients to document operational needs. I prepared workflow and functional requirements documentation for implementation teams.
I also communicated with clients to clarify requirements and resolve process gaps, helping align business expectations with system capabilities. I analyzed existing workflows and recommended process improvements within ERPNext and StoreNXT POS environments.
In my self-driven Sales & Customer Insights Dashboard project, I used SQL to clean and analyze data, then created visualizations in Tableau and reports in Power BI. The work examined monthly sales trends, top customers, regional profitability, and product categories.
For an e-commerce customer feedback project, I used MS Excel for sentiment analysis to identify recurring issues and propose usability recommendations. I also completed an academic simulated requirements project, producing BRD and FRD documentation and tracking a backlog in JIRA using Agile.
