At Nutritap, I analyze business requirements and translate them into functional workflows and test scenarios for the Filler Application. I work across Retail Service Partner, Franchise, and multi-client workflows to validate system behavior against business rules.
I partnered with product and engineering stakeholders to validate the Franchise Dashboard against business requirements before client delivery, with zero post-launch critical defects. I also identified 15+ high-priority gaps and business logic issues across the Filler App and Franchise Dashboard before production deployment.
As a Quality Analyst Intern at Nutritap, I analyzed and documented Warehouse Management System workflows, validating inventory, order, and logistics processes. I also designed functional test cases and process validations for the BDE application.
In my projects, I documented requirements and mapped processes for the Franchise Dashboard, then supported UAT sign-off with a requirement-to-test traceability matrix. I also created a Power BI sales and KPI dashboard using MySQL data and used Python for customer and sales analysis.
