Hi, I'm Pragna. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from SJBIT and am currently pursuing an online MBA from Manipal University. I am working as an Associate Technical Service Desk at Unisys, where I provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues for users. This role has helped me develop strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Going forward, I am interested in building my career in Project Management or Business Analysis, where I can combine my technical background with business and management knowledge.
