What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead curriculum and assessment quality at scale—aligning standards, enabling teachers and academic leaders, and using AI/LLM workflows to speed reviews without sacrificing rigor or learning outcomes.

I’m an Academic Manager and curriculum-design specialist with 13+ years across K–12 and higher-education programs in India and North America. I design and validate standards-aligned curriculum and assessments for global publishers and EdTech organizations, translating requirements into clear learning outcomes and measurable rigor.

Over the years, I’ve led large-scale instructional work that actually shows up in classrooms—training 5,000+ teachers over 7 years and sustaining 80–85% program retention through strong implementation support, coaching, and academic stakeholder partnerships. I’m hands-on with instructional design, scope & sequence planning, backward design, and differentiated learning supports.

I’ve also authored and validated complete NGSS-aligned middle-school science frameworks (Grades 6–8) with multi-level peer review and AI-driven quality checks prior to publication. In parallel, I use AI tools and LLM workflows to accelerate curriculum review cycles, evaluate pedagogy, and tighten alignment across Bloom’s Taxonomy and Webb’s Depth of Knowledge (DOK).

In my current consulting work, I edit and strengthen higher-education course content to meet credit-recommendation standards, and I provide education-domain feedback loops that improve model performance. I bring a practical, outcomes-first mindset—partnering with editors, design, faculty, and leadership to move from standards to implementation without losing quality.
