At Satyam Venture Engineering Services, I perform CFD analysis at system and full-vehicle level, including aerodynamic drag studies and thermal analysis for EV batteries, IGBTs, and under-hood systems.
For a Japanese client’s competitor two-wheeler project, I built a watertight model and analyzed it in StarCCM+, then provided countermeasures to reduce drag and increase radiator airflow. I also improved ANSA preprocessing methods for vehicle models, reducing modeling time by 30%.
At Hyundai Motor India Engineering, R&D, I analyzed aerodynamics and thermal performance for Indian and global models. My project work included a simulated 2% Cd reduction for an electric SUV wheel deflector and airflow changes that helped a drive shaft coupling pass its thermal test.
