IndiaWhat I'm looking for
At CSIR-National Aerospace Laboratories, I performed OpenFOAM CFD and multi-region conjugate heat transfer simulations for aerospace electronics thermal management and cooling. I also automated simulation workflows with Python and Bash.
For my M.Tech thesis, I studied thermal management of a HAPS UAV battery pack and nacelle using NUMECA FINE/Open. I built a parallel four-region CHT case in OpenFOAM 12 to reproduce and validate the primary solver results, resolving coupling convergence issues and narrowing an initial 5–10% discrepancy through mesh refinement and boundary-condition correction.
I also completed internships at Cochin International Airport Services Ltd and DRDO RCMA (Helicopters), supporting airport engineering documentation and airworthiness compliance review. I’m seeking to extend my CFD foundation into reacting flows, LES, and thermal energy systems, including solar-thermal and hydrogen applications.
