At Nexteer Automotive, I lead end-to-end application engineering for OEM-specific steering systems, from DFMEA-led design governance through validation, release, and production readiness.
I drive Teamcenter-based engineering change requests, tolerance stack-up analysis, root-cause investigations, and collaboration across global CAD teams, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders. I've also mentored junior engineers and developed onboarding training programs.
Previously at Bosch Global Software Technologies, I supported wiper motor platforms, EV lithium-ion battery-pack development, and precision sheet-metal design for SOFC hot-box assemblies. My work included liquid-cooled bus battery-pack CHT simulations and electric-motor thermal analysis.
I build efficient CAE workflows using Abaqus, ANSYS, CFX, Python, and FORTRAN subroutines, and presented technical work at the SIMULIA India Regional User Meeting. I'm focused on robust automotive systems that meet OEM performance, safety, durability, and manufacturing requirements.
