At Bajaj Auto Ltd., I perform finite element analysis of automotive trim components for structural evaluation, using ANSYS Mechanical and preparing models with Altair HyperMesh. I’m also developing PyAnsys-based automation for simulation preprocessing and repairing scanned geometries for analysis.
Previously, at Bajaj Auto Ltd., I developed U-Net models that predicted aerodynamic flow fields 2000× faster than CFD, validated at 93.9–96.6% accuracy. My research at Carnegie Mellon University examined errors in Green-Kubo thermal conductivity calculations, and my work on turbulent boundary layers at the University of Melbourne contributed to a conference paper accepted as a forthcoming edited book chapter.
