What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and evolve cloud-native backend or platform systems, particularly distributed, event-driven services where I can lead architecture, improve reliability and performance, mentor engineers, and apply AI workflows to enterprise automation.

At SailPoint, I architect and operate cloud-native PaaS microservices for Identity Security Cloud, using Java 17 and Golang to manage enterprise-scale identity entitlements. I build Kafka- and AWS-based workflows with idempotency, retries, and DLQ patterns, while improving service performance with Redis, OpenSearch, DynamoDB, and MS SQL.

Previously at EPAM for Hong Kong Jockey Club, I led backend development for a real-time Cash Out platform that enabled traders to create and manage betting tickets with sub-second pricing. I engineered Kafka streaming pipelines and helped scale containerized services across AWS and Kubernetes while mentoring two engineers.

Across Nordea Bank, Capgemini, and IDBI Intech, I've modernized monoliths into Spring Boot microservices, built investment and treasury platforms, and supported mission-critical insurance systems. I also prototype Agentic AI, RAG, MCP, and Spring AI workflows for enterprise investigations, remediation, and automation.
