At Eightfold AI, I redesigned the interview meeting creation API around asynchronous processing, improving performance 5× and reducing P90 latency from 10 seconds to 2 seconds under high load.
I also developed an interviewer management system that detects declined invitations and finds replacements using tag-based Solr queries, availability checks, and load balancing. Enterprise tenants including Microsoft and PayPal adopted it.
For an autonomous AI voice-scheduling agent, I built the pre- and post-processing orchestration that gathers availability, enforces scheduling constraints, and turns transcript decisions into retry, escalation, and fallback actions. I also architected a Python rollback framework to reverse partially completed workflows.
At Nutanix, I migrated API publishing to Redocly, hardened the document-building pipeline, and built a Python/OpenCV tool that eliminated more than 100 hours of manual annotation work. Earlier, as a Software Development Intern at Razorpay, I built automated checkout-flow tests and delivered an analytics revamp.
