I’m a Quality Analyst with 9.5+ years of experience in data quality, process improvement, defect analysis, and client audits in mapping domains. I’ve built a strong foundation in SDLC, STLC, Agile methodology, and the defect lifecycle, with proven ability to drive quality improvements through RCA and clear communication.
Recently, I upskilled in Software Testing with hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver (Java), TestNG, and API Testing using Postman. I developed a Selenium automation framework with Page Object Model (POM), added data-driven testing, and generated reports using Extent Reports, plus I validated REST APIs by checking response codes, headers, and JSON bodies.
Earlier roles include leading a team of 20 members (Process Specialist / SME / Quality Analyst at Cognizant), performing root cause analysis, presenting error trends to stakeholders, handling client audits and rework tasks, and supporting training and performance reporting. After a planned career break, I’m fully prepared to restart my IT Software Testing career in QA Automation / Manual Testing roles and deliver reliable, maintainable test coverage.

Took a planned career break for family responsibilities and upskilled in software testing with hands-on Selenium WebDriver automation and API testing.
