I’m looking for a role where I can lead QA automation and quality governance—building scalable Selenium/BDD frameworks, integrating with CI/CD (Jenkins), and driving risk-based testing with Agile/DevOps teams.

I’m a results-driven Lead Quality Engineer with 10+ years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, and enterprise application validation. I focus on functional testing, automation frameworks, data validation, and quality governance to help teams deliver reliably in complex environments.

In my current role as Lead QA/ Technical Test Lead (Advanced Sys Analyst-QA) at Eastman Chemical India, I lead end-to-end testing initiatives in Agile, designing scalable automation frameworks with Selenium, Java, and Cucumber. I perform functional, integration, regression, API, and backend data validation testing, and I support quality governance through risk analysis, defect tracking, and quality reporting.

I’ve also led QA initiatives at Optum Global Solutions and InfoSys Pvt. Ltd., where I integrated automated test suites into Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, developed BDD automation scenarios, and executed backend validations using SQL queries.
