What I'm looking for
I am an account and customer service professional with progressive experience across multiple industries, including technology, printing, manufacturing, and retail. I have supported operations as an Account Officer, Customer Service Executive, Junior Account Officer, and Front Desk/Cashier, consistently improving executive productivity and client satisfaction.
My strengths include relationship building, active listening, organization, time management, multitasking, and problem solving, complemented by competence with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
