I've spent 16 years at Cognizant Technology Solutions, progressing from Developer to Team Lead, Tech Architect, Manager, and Senior Agile Champion. I currently drive Agile delivery for AIG Insurance's large-scale modernization and rewrite program across policy, claims, reporting, data, and integration workstreams.

At American Express NEMO, I served as an embedded Agile Champion for more than four years on a modernized payment authorization network processing millions of transactions per hour. I managed four concurrent Scrum teams and supported the migration of all Issuers to DIR, a landmark network modernization milestone.

I facilitate PI Planning, release planning, Scrum of Scrums, sprint ceremonies, delivery metrics, governance reporting, risk management, and stakeholder alignment. I coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and delivery teams on SAFe practices, backlog readiness, estimation, and continuous improvement.

My earlier insurance and healthcare work combined technical delivery with team building, B2B and B2C integrations, Oracle PL/SQL development, TDD, XP, Kanban, and audit support. I bring experience across banking and financial services, insurance, and healthcare, along with AI-enabled delivery tools including Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot.
