What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to Windows Server and Azure hybrid infrastructure work involving clustering, virtualization, implementation, production troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and high-severity customer escalations.

At Concentrix, I manage and troubleshoot production Windows and hybrid-cloud infrastructure, including Azure Local, Hyper-V, Failover Clustering, Storage Spaces Direct, and Azure Arc. I investigate high-severity enterprise escalations, validate cluster health, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with Microsoft engineering teams and OEM partners through resolution.

Earlier, I provided L2 support at Tech Mahindra across Windows, VPN, networking, Microsoft 365, and Teams environments, and administered Windows and Linux servers at Eternal University. I bring 11+ years of experience supporting implementation, deployment validation, production handover, incident resolution, and technical knowledge creation.
