What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote role where I can grow a product-focused community through content, expert onboarding, partnerships, and well-run events—using channel metrics and UTM tracking to improve engagement and outcomes.

I’m a Community Development Manager with 1+ year of experience growing a professional product community for product managers, founders, C-level executives, team leads, analysts, marketers, and digital specialists. I’m strong in community building, content, event coordination, partnerships, expert onboarding, and audience engagement.

At Nemnogo Product, I developed community content for Telegram, Instagram, the website, and events—creating posts, announcements, stories, promo materials, presentations, and short videos. I also search for and attract new authors, manage onboarding, and support authors and experts as they prepare for public talks, from topic alignment to deadline coordination.

I’ve helped drive measurable growth: my Telegram channel grew from 1.2K to 5.7K subscribers in one year, with an average post reach of 1,089 views and 4.99% engagement. I’ve supported events with up to 300+ registrations, worked with registrations and UTM tags/channel metrics, and helped launch paid challenges that generated RUB 66,000 in revenue.
